Automotive Engineering

The Graduate Program in Automotive Engineering is offered through the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Clemson University. It emphasizes systems integration and product realization in an interdisciplinary fashion. All participants in this program are expected to gain proficiency in a foreign language and spend a minimum of 6 months overseas as part of an international internship in the automotive sector. The Automotive Engineering program is located on Clemson's new International Center for Automotive Research (CUICAR) campus in Greenville South Carolina, near research and development centers of several of Clemson's industrial partners.

The Master's in Automotive engineering program will accept its first students for the fall 2007 semester.
