Construction Science Management

MCSM/ Certificate

The Master of Construction Science and Management program provides students with a high level of skill and understanding in the technical areas of construction project administration and control. Substantial emphasis is placed on advanced study in the field of business, in new and emerging techniques for construction project delivery systems, and in the administration of the construction firm. Clemson also offers a Certificate Program in Construction Science and Management which enables students to take a selection of advanced construction management courses without having to commit time and resources toward the pursuit of a master's degree. Both programs can be taken either full or part time on the Clemson campus or by distance learning.

Clemson’s MCSM program is the first of its kind to be formally recognized by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. This honor reflects the caliber of program alumni, faculty, students, and staff.
