Secondary Education

MEd

Clemson offers a MEd degree in Secondary Education to assist secondary teachers in increasing competence in both subject content and instruction. The program has practical and theoretical work in education as well as appropriate content in the subject area.

Students can choose to specialize in one of four content areas: English language, mathematics, natural sciences, and social studies. The faculty in Secondary Education ensure a vigorous course of study in a collegial and relaxed environment. The mission of Clemson’s Eugene T. Moore School or Education is to prepare caring, capable, and connected professionals for the twenty-first century and the MEd degree does just that.
