Dr. Felder provides counsel and guidance to students and programs on matters related to academic progress, policies and standards. Conceptualizing and leading FORGE: Focus on Research and Graduate Education, South Carolina, a project of the collective group of graduate deans throughout the state, comprises her research, teaching and service effort.
